I'm glad to read that your doctor took you off some meds. That's such a big accomplishment. Congratulations! Just be patient, keep doing what your doctor says and you'll continue to see improvement, I'm sure.

W2B, so incredibly proud of you, I have been incredibly busy, so I haven't been on here as often. Don't lose focus. I have to journal everything again, because its easy to overdue it. You are remarkable!
