After Day 1 on my diet.. i felt a drastic change after hydrating myself, even before hitting the final 32 oz of my water. I decided to weigh in this morning and i was right. This was like a confirmation how important in my journey water is. I know i was totally dehydrated from lack of water and fluids causing swelling and puffiness. By the end of the day i felt slimmer and lighter. thank GOD! i was freaaking out about that beginning weigh in.. now i feel like this is what i would have weighed in at had i kept up with my water in take.
On to day 2!
