It's been a while since my last journal entry. This is mainly due to working on the Happy House. Overall I'm chuffed to bits. I was hoping I'd be under 18st by now but all things considered despite moving up a smidge due to a big Sunday dinner things have gone well. The lockdown has helped too. No takeaways (can't trust their hygiene) fast food or restaurants has helped my downward trend.
Getting into clothes that I've not worn in 3yrs is a buzz too. I feel so much happier in myself. I can't wait to see 17 something on the scales. I haven't been that low in nearly 4 years. So you can see why I'm so delighted. The best part of this journey is I have NOT gone on a diet! I still eat the foods I love but have reduced my portions slowly and not dramatically. My problem is not what I eat but more how much. Portion control is king.
Fingers crossed next week will start with a 17 😁
