I def didnt want to log this. A 1lb gain is alot. I haven't ate more than I usually do but I guess I was getting more exercise than I thought. I'm going to keep calories lower this weekend and try to push myself to get on treadmill next week . I def hope I can get it going back down because this is so depressing :(
