9st 7 (1 off at WW) Pleased with the loss at WW as it gave me some wiggle room for our trip to Bath, when, despite walking our legs off, we did also eat more than our fill of goodies! I'm sure some of this gain is the stodgy treats creeping through the system so hopefully next Saturday, altho a short week because of weighing today, and with a bank holiday to additionally hamper my efforts, will show an improvement again. As they say, fall down seven times, get up eight!
