This weekend is a bit off-routine, today is my boyfriend's birthday and Monday is my mom's therefore a lot of celebration involving food.. I'm working hard on pacing myself, but still I'm eating more sugar than my body is use to. I'm anticipating a delay in my progress, but I'm determined to not let it get me down, my goal is to at least try and maintain my weight over the next few days, I want to stay within in my RDI limits. I'm also very proud of myself for exercising last night, when I wasn't motivated in the least. I want to exercise today and tomorrow as well to counter the unhealthy calories I'll be eating.
