I have been away from an internet connection for a while. taking care of my dad.Injured my knee due and its slow to heal due to arthritis. Started to eat vegan as much as possible to help with inflammation and overall health. Hoping to continue to see some more gradual weight loss. I would like to lose 10 more pounds.
