9st 5.5 (SS at WW) Phew! Last week's drug induced blip seems to be resolved, thank goodness! Glad I managed to get back to it without letting the disheartening result last week sway me into blowing the whole week. And I resisted temptation yesterday on the promise of today's indulgence (donuts & pizza hut!) But thanks to the two friends I'm going out with being ectomorphs, I'm Big Bird today!
