I'm not gonna weigh myself today because it's been about every three days that i go down, so no use in torturing myself anymore. Feeling pretty good Akins is not that hard but I couldn't do it "for life" but I will take the low carb concept and apply it to my life from now on. All the refined crap that I'm cutting out is bad for me anyways.

remember, you dont have to do it the exact way you are doing it now for life, you add back in carbs until to find the point where you stabilize, some people can eat 60 to 100 carbs a day and not gain weight, but first step is to get if off. read sugarfreesheila.com i found it very informative, and she is about 100 lbs and eats lots of whole, healthy carbs, I think that, anyone can live with. me personally, I got fat eating that way, I have a very low tolerance for carbs, so when I do add them back in, it wont be a high number like those i mentioned above, but enough that I will be satisfied with what I am eating.
