Eat a balanced diet, just leave the junk out. I can’t do keto either because I love fruit. And I don’t consider them unhealthy. There are fruit I stay away from because they make me gain weight. Eat a sustainable diet you can stick to💖

I'm trying my best to find 2hat works for me but it just seems so hard. I do very well on IF but really battle when it comes to choosing the right foods. I even make excuses like I dont have the proper foods to eat. End of Feb hubby took me shopping so I don't make excuses and I'm still failing.

Just keep trying, eventually after a month or two you will develop good habits. It took me a while before I got my groove.

I'll keep going, all is not lost. It's a new day and I'll keep going no sweets and chocolates and chippies. Thanks for the encouragement.

If you feel like something salty, nuts do the trick and something sweet, some fresh fruit(dried fruit are more high in sugar). You will feel way more satisfied. And less the calories 😉 You’re welcome 🤗
