Was expecting a little more loss this month. I've started regular resistance training with light weights in between 3-4 weekly 5-mile runs, so there might be some muscle gain involved this month. Anyways, it's a good indication that things are going in the right direction. Really need to cut out those biscuits though, and maybe a few less nuts!
