It's working, thank god. 2 lbs since last week. YES!
However, today was a day of eating out 2x and my calorie intake shows it. I didnt eat the tortilla or the croutons, or the garlic bread but the servings were larger than need be. I ate it anyway. No excuses, I just did. I will do better tomorrow, I may even do some hot male yoga lol.
