Week 2 ended with my honey's birthday weekend. Did alright. Always drank my water. It's an easy win. Had decent calorie deficits overall. On Saturday I imbibed on some celebratory beverages... put me at +480 Saturday. Not much exersize, catching up on housework, crafting birthday presents and plans...but stayed busy so I wasn't preoccupied with wanting to eat and drink. Also recovering from sickies going around. Baby girl has the flu! Returned from work trip in Wisconsin literally 'under the weather.' Overall feeling Very satisfied with the week. The scale said I lost 5.2#, but then I went back up 2#. I thought I might be dehydrated although I was drinking plenty of water. Funny how FS says 'you're losing at ...rate, are you sure you want to report that...then it says you're gaining at a rapid rate...' At one point in the past I wasn't reporting daily weights because of those messages. BUT I really need the daily report to stay focused. So say la vee
