You need to see your doctor. Losing weight without intending to, may not be a good thing!

So at 167 l s you need 1670 cal to maintain and more than 2000 to gain weight. How many cal are you eating?

Have you had your thyroid checked? Sometime that plays a big part in wait loss or weight gain. Just a suggestion

Not enough information. What is your current caloric intake? What is your activity level?

My son is the same height as you, very active and bounces around between 145 and 150 weight-wise. He is quite lean and very healthy. Make sure your nutrient intake is in a healthy range and let your body settle around where it wants to be. That may be lower than you originally thought. Or not. Time will tell and will also help your body ease into the new range. Be good to yourself. Eat enough good food and stay active. You’ve been on quite a journey!

How tall are you? What are your daily activities? Are you exercising? Are you on medications? There are so many questions that need to be asked before giving advice. I can do a 30 min free consultation if you wish? I am a trainer, former medical assistant, and health coach of 30yrs.

Your metabolism is obviously high so up your RDI

There are various reasons that this might be happening.... First, weight loss is not a diet, but a lifestyle. It could be that you changed so much about your everyday and got into more of a routine than you realize and weight will continue to be lost as a result. Are there things you do on a regular basis that you previously did not do? This isn't just about eating - it is about all of life (exercise, activities, how long you sleep, what you do for recreation, where you go, what your profession is etc) which can take a mindful evaluation of each aspect of life. Second, 175 to 167 isn't really a lot of weight when talking about physical health. If is starts to be 15 + lbs and you are concerned (stressed, tired, lack of energy etc.) then you could always consult a Dr. to see if there is an underlying issue. Third, high metabolism makes much less difference than people give it credit. It isn't a significant factor in weight gain nor loss... Be aware of what you eat. Whole foods, protein, Vitamin/mineral rich foods will feed your body exactly what it needs to maintain a healthy weight and muscular structure. Your body structure will be a major factor in knowing what is really healthy. Some people are healthier at different weights just because of their physical composition.... lots of factors to think about!

Reduce your activity - exercise slightly less-. Reset your RDI for maintenance -. Good luck

This happened to me. I still have no idea what happened. I lost 14lbs over the course of a few months. While that doesn't sound bad, I was doing zero exercise and eating like crap just to try to see if the scale would go up. It still went down. Overtime I started feeling like crap. It was some kind of virus. If you feel you shouldn't be losing weight, I'd talk to a doctor. May be something wrong internally.

don't overcompensate and eat junk food! your metabolism has changed. do the math for your age and see how many calories you need to maintain the weight you want. it is probably a lot more than you think. continue to eat healthy but add healthy grains etc.
