Well, I'm surprised there wasn't more damage from the way I ate this week! I was a PIG! [Gluttony is SO UNBECOMING!] LOL This is a NEW WEEK [thank God!] and I'm even going to walk tomorrow... I THINK my blister's healed enough! We'll see... I ALMOST bought a cheese Danish for breakfast, but RESISTED!! [Two points for ME!] Today we are having Ham and Cabbage for Sunday dinner [complete with crescent rolls..Gotta WATCH THAT! - I'm limiting myself to only ONE! But with margarine...!] Anyway, went to the DAV on Friday and had THREE drinks.. that didn't HELP my weight AT ALL for the week... that, PLUS my cookies and graham cracker blunders, all totaled up for a significant WEIGHT GAIN for the week! Like I said, THIS IS A NEW WEEK! I'm gonna keep my 'nose to the grindstone' and exercise PLUS watch my diet, and see if I can't pull off another WEIGHT LOSS for this week!
