Melissa - I'm just starting Day 4 so I'm not proud of myself yet. I've done liquid fasts for 72 hours. I'm feeling okay. For the most part I'm not hungry, the food is pretty filling. I was hungry last night but all of the food in the refrigerator is pretty boring and not enticing to snack on. So I just drank more water.

Thanks Keyten! Don't think I'll ever be a vegan but am hoping to get through these 21 days okay. I think I'll try to focus more on the spiritual aspect of this fast instead of worrying about the food. I actually enjoyed breakfast today.

Lol - Finding the Daniel Fast pretty boring. I think part of the trick is to use seasoning, make things spicy (for me), veggies don't have to be boring, they can be really tasty, if made that way.
