I actually went up to 297lbs after eating loads of veg mixed with cheap hot sauce over several days. I've now binned the hot sauce. I have a dreadful sore throat and a cold too :-( The leaf-eater arrives on the 23rd so instead of resting up I've had to be tidying and prepping. None of that helps :-( Been unable to do any exercising, too tired. Well, all this will pass :-) Happy Christmas everyone !
