Chuffed to bits that I'm still losing weight albeit slowly. Due to the new house project I've not followed any diet nor kept a diary as I just haven't made any time but amazingly I'm still losing weight.
Have a fab Christmas everyone regardless of your goals just enjoy the holidays and be happy.💪👍🙏😎

Thank you. As you can see I've not been on here. I've spent every day at the house apart from Christmas and Boxing Day. Having today and tomorrow off before diving back in🙃 I hope you had a fab Christmas too?
