I'm only recording this because I feel I should be honest with myself... and later, when I lose the weight, I'll actually be able to record the loss. Yep, I have gained so much weight lately.... I don't know what the hell is going on. I guess it's winter.... I gotta get outside but it's been so cold and impossible to walk, dangerous really.... ice, deep snow, now it's giant melting puddles of slush... and I'm a lazy POS..... so yeah... no more excuses! I don't want to be unhealthy any more!
