Somehow I was maintaining, but this last week I pushed it too far. I weighed myself Saturday at the gym and was shocked. Decided to buy a digital scale yesterday so more actuate. This morning up another couple pounds from Saturday. But my boyfriend just told me it is 2 pounds higher than the mechanical scale I bought a few weeks ago. On Saturday I will compare with the one at the gym. Goal for this week, no more eating whatever. All of the snacks add a lot of calories and then pounds. So far today is going okay. I would love to lose something before Christmas.
