WOW lol.. this is what i get for eating a big meal the night before a weigh in..lol.. i may weigh in again tomorrow but its no big deal. I had weighed myself everyday at the gym besides today and i weighed in less at one point. I knew the sodium would kill me but there was no way i wasn't eating my lettuce wraps..lol.. after i measured myself and measured smaller than at 163.8 i can't sweat it too much...i know i've been busting butt and i waited for my increased weight lifting would reflect on the scale...
well on i go.... not sure if i'll re weigh tomorrow or not... see how i feel :)
