no change in weight this morning. Cardiologist appt tomorrow afternoon. My BP was insane 180/98 hr 76 this morning. after eating an avocado BP 124/74. hr 92. I don't think it matters what I are, just as long I had something in my stomach.
I hope to get a nuclear stress test before Jan 1st. My deductible before than is $4??.00 after the 1st, 4,???.00. cheaper to not go to the Dr at all.
