I've just found this journal so I thought I'd give it a go. don't know how to use it probably but hey ho😁. in July 2018 after attending a diabetic appointment I weighed in at 18 at 1lb. I found this app on my phone and haven't looked since. at my last weigh in on 3rd December 2019 I weighed 12 at 😁😁😁. I can't believe how much this app has helped me and I can honestly say that I haven't found it a complete struggle either. I would and infact have already, recommend this app to everyone who feels that they need a little help. although I still have a little way to go to reach my target weight I just know that I can get there. so anyone who's on this journey too, stick with it. you can do it 💯%
