Chasing a bf% < 20. My first ever 300 mile Ride Week, last week. Some Lake pics. The scale barely moves, the bf% moves even slower, but, my new size 34" 501s that were snug two weeks ago, are not snug anymore. That's how it seems to work. Weight numbers barely move, but waist is still shrinking. Happy Thanksgiving, ya'll.
