It was kind of a bad week in terms of going out for too many events which involved food. That also meant less time at the gym. I was kind of discourage at the beginning since no change. Really the whole week no change. Didn't seem to matter if I was good or bad. So, goal this week is to be good. Today not a good start since I had a lunch date but can still turn it around if I make it to the gym tonight.

It does matter if you're good or bad ;-)Just keep doing your best. Life is challenging and we don't always have control on things. But I'm sure if you keep being good you'll see a positive change! Lunch date?? Now that's interesting... Hope you made it to the gym tonight. Take care!

I just saw your comment about the article. Bison meat is really a small production compared to beef! Maybe I can find this article online... I meant to ask you the other day, would you like saskatoons? I froze them already though...and there is nothing left on the bushes, the frost and the birds killed them all lol i would be please to give a bag or two or three!
