I've now lost 40lbs!!! Which just kind of seems crazy. And although I have had some frustrations lately I have really enjoyed this process and I feel much better physically and emotionally. And I am one pound away from moving from the obese BMI bracket to the overweight one(which I know doesnt mean anything and isnt an accurate representation. But I'm still happy)
