Well well well... here i am expecting a gain from all the weight lifting and i actually lost. and even better, lost more than my necessary .57 lbs a week to keep up with my new goal.. hey.. no complaints here.. wasn't a lot.. but like i said before.. anything that gets me towards the right direction will make me happy!.. its crazy b/c i was prepared for a slight gain and actually didn't stress my weigh in nor would i have been pissed about it since i expected it!
funny how the body works... :)..i've even been eating the higher calories this week.. maybe its what my body needed ?
oh well..lol... back to the grind :D
