I'm so over the full liquid diet. I have been hovering between 206-209 for over 9 days. I finally weighed 205 this morning. Will see if it stays there or lower. I am trying so hard. Where I do fail is water intake and excersize. I've beefed up my water (fluid) and am hanging up my bungee cables to get more active. hope all of you are doing well. WATER is the answer. flush out those fat cells!!!!
