Here we go. November. New month. October was a net zero. At least I held steady. Lots of house guests, a few parties. Good fun. Now I’ve got 5 weeks to get into my ‘normal’ clothes. I don’t want buy new pants to travel North. Here I go. Two day. So far Calorie control is great. Activity not what I want. But I need to kick this cold, so as long as I take my vitamins, control my calories and keep moving around, even to just dance with my baby and stretch, I’m doing great.
