END OF DAY Well today outstanding, did all I promised, even with all the upheaval and now on top of that electriciation coming tomorrow to rewire kitchen. Ah well, it will be all done for xmas.

Enjoyed dinner with son and family, have birthday party there tomorrow for Katie, Its lovely been so busy, this time last year I could not even move from my chair, a knock at front door put me into complete panic.This year had 2 holidays in Tunisa and a wk in Co. Tipperary. Iys good to feel this way.

I just had to weigh mysel. I've been good since Sunday and brill since Tues, so I'm thrilled with 3 lb loss, another 2 lb and I'll be in2 working off a new stone.
Still no news about my college place. Finding it hard to study as I feel is it worth it. I'm type of person who likes to complete my courses but after the negitive attitude of the interviewer about results, I now feel sorry for students coming up the education system.
Going stay possitive anyway. My Daughter-in-law invited me to dinner tonite.

My Social Diary for today is:

Meeting Kraig (son number 7)at 1pm for us to apply for college grants
Meeting Edel my pal at 2pm, for coffee also to pay my manage,
Then Dinner at Kenneth's (Son 1)at 6.30pm for dinner.

So planning food today is hard but Having my porridge before I go town, had yogurt and fruit for breakfast.

About food and exercise I'm def more positive and in charge.

Thank you all out there on FATSECRET'S I'm only becomig more motivated Because of the support and hints, tips I'm getting here. I missed been on the site having no laptop, never again, If I have to get in debt to have a computer so be it.

So proud of mysel. My SOCIAL EVENTS (ha ha)had to be cancelled. Having one of those weeks when all elecricial appliances act up, first fridge/freezer defrosted, then pipe under sink leaked and flooded kitchen, plumber sorted that yester, now I had to get disherwasher serviced, another €80 for that alone. BUT I DID NOT BREAK MY HEALTHY EATING PLAN, even though I'd have love to sat down with huge slice birthday cake and a nice cup of coffee.

Instead, I have a 3 white egg/1 yolk omellete,tomatoe and onion and a baked pop. With the way my kitchen is at moment, like a flood hit it, i'm proud that I cooked it. Instead of running away.
