I know you spike calories one day a week but what do you think about carb cycling? Do you think it is a negative thing to do? I was thinking about this today, wondering if it matters healthwise and weight loss wise eating few carbs and being in ketosis and then eating enough carbs in a day that your body switches back to burning glycogen (if upping carbs one day will do that) and then the very next day eating few carbs again and going back to burning fats.
