No worries. My weight did go up but I thought it would be more. I have sunburn (again) so a flare up started. Also TOM started so I would have expected to more water retention. Plus I had a treat day Thursday. (6 hour window) I STILL LOST .3 lbs for the week. So maybe next week there should be a whoosh like effect.
I put sunscreen on every 45 minutes and wore pants. I still burned some. I need to find better sunscreen. I didn't get sun blisters this time so it is a little better than last time. The game was worth it though. GO BULLS!!! The next home game isn't until 11/7 and it's a night game. Maybe it will cool off enough for long sleeves. I doubt it but with luck.
Today is a 24 hour fast day. I can do the 24 but haven't made it past that yet.
