draining 1 gal. from the hot water heater and the dump pump didn't kick on.
trouble shot; a.c., motor switch good. motor winding open. motor shot.
replaced pedal style sump pump. $119.43 & a couple hours.
just as more rain is on the way.
could have been worse...
