I am once more losing weight! I have broken through my plateau, and I discovered the happiness after seeing a smaller number on the scale once more. Today’s goal is 300calories in intake and 400 to be burned! One bad thing is I have no energy whatsoever. I am so happy that you feel happy again 💚💜 but you should never do it at the cost of your health. You should not feel like your going to pass out😔 I have always been happy, but life happens, it is a real thing to feel more happiness when achieving a goal. Up your calories and trust yourself that you got this💕😊

Plateaus are going to happen to everyone here trying to gain or lose. Sometimes you have to try something different to break it or take a look at your log the length of the plateau. You can and will reach your goal 😊 do it in a healthy way so you don’t feel like that. Sorry, just concerned 💕
