What's your overall caloric intake? What did you put on your salads? Some salads are higher in calories than regular meals. Are you tracking all your food? Are you eating a lot of sodium? Are you drinking water? Are you being active? Hormones? Stress? Medications? Sore muscles from exercise? Gains can be from many things and weight loss isn't linear. The scale will go up and down from day to day and hour to hour because your body is made up of 60% water. If you don't track your food, you might want to start. If you do, go over your food journal and see what you have been eating and how much.
