Way more control when I make my own meals. (Not always convenient, "possible.")
I have to use psyllium to reach my fiber target. This helps me out of the 'ol Catch 22 I typically end up in. Balancing Fiber, Sodium and Sugar/Carbs. It's a triple crown I want badly.
