No change but at least no gain on the scale. I think my goal I set was 170 but that is just my initial goal. I really still have to get to to my ideal goal of 135-140lbs. I set small goals first and try to reach them so I do not get discouraged by seeing how long I still have to go to make it to my overall goal. Right now I set my goals in 5 lb increments so next milestone I reach at 185, and next after that is 180lbs. Rewarding oneself other than food is enjoyable. My last reward I went to get my hair cut. Do you reward yourself when you reach a certain goal that deserves it?
