I Feel like I'm doing good its been 2 weeks and I've lost 10 lbs. started exercising only a little at a time ... don't want to over do it ... I know its going to take some time .. just hope I can do it this time ,and to top it all off I QUITE SMOKING which I am very proud of. A NEW YEAR AND A NEW ME ... :)

That's the way I exercise. Whenever I stop, I start over again a little at a time and add a little more as time passes. Exercising a little is better than none at all. I am 81 so I'm not working toward any miracles. Walking, getting up in the morning, breathing.....those are miracles. And I'm in good health. Thank you, God. You are so good to me.

Congrats on quitting smoking! It's NOT at all easy. I quit 2 yrs ago, the day I had a heart attack at age 54~ You don't want to quit when it's almost too late! Keep up the great work on weight loss too!
