9st 6lb (3 off @WW) Pleased that this week of sticking to my points (mainly!) has been effective. Just got to keep up the good work now, and push myself to keep active even when the weather makes the snuggly PJs and the sofa look like the far more attractive option! Read some negative press about long term success with WW that was a bit of a downer, but I'm determined to prove them wrong, in my case at least! :-)
