Erm your weight can fluctuate as much as 2 pounds in a day. So as long as you are weighing at same time of day....

Yeah, mhairinic, that is exactly why I refer to "noise". I appreciate the idiot box aka scale number can go up and down dramatically, and by easily more than two pounds in any day!! I am not naiive enough to think that is bodyfat changes. I do weigh myself at the same time of day. It is not always the same clock time, but the same in the terms which count, those of exercise, food and drink. Not sure what point you are trying to make with your comment.. :)

I log weight changes no matter how small, it helps me to see trends. I agree with bubblegum :)

Delighted you’ve dropped. But everyone is different, depends how often you weigh yourself, you may gain or stay the same or loose more. Guess you have to track whatever keeps you on track!
