3 pounds lost in a month.... discouraging..... but two weeks I was out of commission there. figured I'd be sweating the weight off with how hot it's been and no air conditioning at home.... so. shit. not sure what else I can change in consumption, and activity/work out isn't really an option bc it hurts.... one day at a time.

3 down is better than 3 gained!! Right? Weigh your food so you know your exact calories if you want more than a 3 pound loss. It starts off as a pain in the ass, but then easy habit to toss it on the scale. Maybe you can do arm exercises? Maybe you aren't looking for advice and you're thinking "easy, sister". LOL. Anyhow- You can do it!

I do need to invest in a food scale. Also, learn how to meal plan better. Been looking at recipes, just need to get some groceries.... Maybe get me a shake weight too LoL

Food scale - yes! I had no idea how much portions were supposed to be. The digital scale on Amazon is my daily companion. It works better than the old mechanical spring type that I used in the 1970s. It really will make a difference.
