I am really struggling on my weight. Going to cut those carbs and sugar since my blood sugar is really improving. I think my problem is portion control! I hope everyone is doing well trying to reach their goals!

Eat eggs in between meals...scrambled, fried in Pam olive oil or real butter, egg salad with avacodo mayonnaise and splenda sweetened relish ( I use dill pickles cut up with spenda when I can't find the relish), deviled eggs or hard boiled eggs....gets your metabolism boosted!!! Drink a gallon or more of water by 7pm daily!!!

Carbs and sugar just make me hungry for more. I do much better when I eliminate them completely.

Thanks for all the support! It does take me time to figure out what to do next sometimes. I really need to drink more water! My blood sugar reading does well when I eat eggs and it makes me feel full. Yes, cutting carbs and sugar is a must for me if I want to improve my blood sugar although it can be hard to. Have to eat some good carbs just not the bad carbs and control the amount.

Portion sizes is a good way to watch your weight. I learned that on some of my other diets.

Portion control is key. There is no real need to avoid anything as long as we pay attention to how much is eaten.

An easy way when you dont have tools is: 2 open hands full of vegetables, palm size of protein, closed fist of carb/starch if in your meal. keep water near at all times. Drink a full glass right before you eat to fill you up a little. When you have an urge to eat drink water. Stay strong. Its a marathon ot a sprint.

Portion control is definitely a must for me. If I do not have a measuring device with me at the time, I will use my hands. A large portion is one of my weaknesses. Your right I need to keep on trying and not give up! Sometimes I just need to drink more water since I feel I am hungry when in reality I am really thirsty! Thank you everyone for all your support!
