Haven’t been to the gym this week except for Monday. Been under the weather af. Going today to get back—but just staying consistent. Worried about somethings. My doc is concerned about lymph node swelling and with my history of lymphoma it’s not so good. Can’t let the worry get to me. Historically I would binge eat and drink and justify it. Nope. Not going to happen.
