I’m super discouraged right now, I have vacations coming up and I’m someone who is always active, eating correctly and putting 110% in. Yet I am always remaining at the same weight. I’m a professional dancer with a problem under eating. I’ve managed to get my diet to a consistent point but it’s still something I’ve struggled with and am at a loss right now on how to get out of this funk.
