The alcohol; caught up with me. I am not sure but I think I miscalculated my RDI yesterday it seemed like way way too much in the meal. Also really heavy rain yesterday so I didn't get to go out.

Tomorrow it will drop again.

I realized last Saturday I'm not able to drink responsibly when it comes managing food. After a few too many tequila shots I had a cheeseburger and fries (I'm not OMAD like you - I'm keto so that completely threw my macros off) and after the cheeseburger a pint of Haagen Dazs and oatmeal cookies ...

I have a problem controlling myself when drinking. OH KFC a couple of nuggets and wings won't hurt it's protein right? Anyone else want another drink? ME! Luckily I am too busy the rest of the month to go out so hopefully I will make back the progress. My diet actually consists of very few carbs. Mostly fats and proteins. 8% carbs for my planned meal today.
