And the upward trend continues...
I think it may be my portion intake, or maybe too much fat. The snacking certainly does not help, but it's not steady (I snack more on some evenings than others). I will have to do something even though I hate tracking or portion control.
I don't see much difference in my clothes. At least I am lighter than a year ago when I was maintaining from Weight Watchers (I was in the 160s). And my health was worse last year because of my HbA1c. This is one of the reasons I am still minding my carbs. I haven't checked my blood pressure for a while -- I hate checking it! Eventually I will have to take it again.
I still feel good, because it's sunny and it's the first 3-day weekend in a row for me! Quebec National Holiday (St-Jean-Baptiste) on Monday, then Canada Day the following Monday. I love it when these holidays fall sometime from Friday to Monday -- long weekends!
