So, hubby and kids got double stuffed Oreo's last night. Didn't have any craving for them. (Well, maybe a little, little, tiny one, but nothing like the cravings used to be!) I made myself the Atkins cream soda and was perfectly content.

The only non-postive things that is happening is that my legs, feet, and ankles are so swollen. I'm watching my sodium but last night they were just about the worst they have been. We had a monsoon but I don't know if extra humidity could exacerbate the swelling issue or not. I ended up taking some vit b, some potassium, and the diuretics that the doctor had previously given me. I don't like taking them, but it was a last resort. When I weighed myself before bed I was 241lbs!! Put my compression hose on, went to bed, and woke up at 235lbs. Wondering how healthy that can be, but my feet definitely feel better.

Not exercising this first week of Induction, but will start tomorrow(1st day of 2nd week of Induction) to see if sweating helps the edema. Also need more water. Hopefuly those two things will put an end to my cankles!!
