lost .4 Big whoop.
I have 145lbs as my point of no return meaning that if I can get there I can get to my goal and not slide back. I know I have done very well and I am pleased. I just want to know that it is not a fluke and that I can maintain.....

I bet you can. You always have struck me as a go getter. If you set a goal, you will find a way to reach it. If you really want it, I think you can maintain =)

.4 is almost a half a pound. That brings you closer to your goal. Even the small loss's add up. Great job!

I think it can only get easier to maintain and lose for you. This isn't really a diet any of us are doing, its changing our outlook on food, re-learning how to eat sensibly and learning how to regulate our own bodies needs against our wants. Now that you are looking better and feeling better, I sincerely doubt you will go back to old habits ever again. you're much to smart to do that.
