Started my first day of Induction. Didn't get enough food in, but everything I ate was strictly Atkins. Need to plan ahead and cook most of my weekly food on the weekends. If I don't, things get too hectic during the week. I am a married mother of 3 who has struggled with yo-yo dieting and weight for my whole life. I am now at my heaviest (240lbs) and physically am suffering from being so heavy. I lost 50lbs on Atkins 5 years ago, but never went thru Owl or maintenance and gained back the 50 and an additional 50!! I think not figuring out a maintenace plan was really my downfall and am looking forward to reaching my goal wait AND figuring out a lifestyle that will keep me healthy. Would love to correspond with people who are also starting but would also love to hear from some of the experts out there who have been successful at losing and maintaining.
