Had a moment where I put on about 2.5kg from my last weigh-in - have managed to go back down again. It's hard not having bootcamp sessions to keep me moving but I'm proud that I'm managing to maintain my weight whilst still having food/snacks I enjoy and not doing any intense workouts.
Currently Ramadan so calorie intake is quite low which is also helping I guess. Had a few days off from fasting but now back again! Hopefully will weigh-in next at the end of Ramadan 😊 My aim is to try definitely get to 80kg but if possible try and hit my next goal weight of 77kg 💪
